Doug Elder

Doug Elder is an accomplished executive with extensive experience across various technology sectors, currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Arcbazar.com, Inc. Since 2017, Doug has also been the President and CEO of HIELA Advisors, providing strategic consulting in IIoT, medical devices, and other markets. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Milton CAT, President and COO at READY Robotics, and Vice President of Enterprise Software Solutions at NI. Doug held leadership positions at OptimalPlus as Vice President and General Manager of the Semiconductor Division, and served as CEO and President of Automation Engineering Inc. Additionally, Doug has participated in advisory roles and board memberships, including founding member at Vistage Worldwide and board member at Teradyne and Boston Semi Equipment Group. Educational credentials include a BS in Computer Science from Union College and an EMBA from The George Washington University School of Business.
