D. Ross Eagar

D. Ross Eagar has a work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. D. Ross started as the Manager of Information Systems at Data-Tronics in 2006 and worked there until 2011. In 2011, they joined ArcBest Technologies as the Manager of the Systems Analyst Resource Pool and held that position until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, D. Ross Eagar served as the Associate Director of the Project Sourcing & Fulfillment Office at ArcBest Technologies. Currently, they are the Associate Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office at the same company.

D. Ross received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University. D. Ross then pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Arkansas.

In 2015, they attended the AMA Project Management Class, earning a certification in Project Management. D. Ross also completed the ArcBest Leadership Academy Inaugural Class, gaining skills in Leadership.

In 2017, they participated in the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education Design Thinking Innovation Workshop, specifically the d.bootcamp #24.

Additionally, Eagar has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they obtained the Comprehensive Project Management certification from the American Management Association. In 2016, they received a Certificate of Completion in Fundamentals of Finance and Accounting from the same institution. Eagar has also earned multiple certifications from the Project Management Institute, including Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2020, Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) in 2020, and Program Management Professional (PgMP) in 2022.

Furthermore, Eagar is certified by Scaled Agile, Inc. D. Ross obtained the Certified SAFe 5 Agilist certification in 2020, Certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant certification in 2020, Certified SAFe 4 Lean Portfolio Manager certification in 2021, and Certified SAFe 5 Lean Portfolio Manager certification in 2021.
