Tim Lesley

Tim Lesley currently serves as an Implementation Specialist at ArcBest Technologies, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Tim Lesley spent four years at ArcBest as a Project Manager focused on improving employee experience and management tools, along with responsibilities as a Field Training Specialist where training for various technology implementations was key. Tim Lesley's background includes roles as Operations Supervisor at ABF Freight and Serco, as well as experience in sales and customer service at ABF and Hewlett-Packard, where project management and technical support were significant. Tim Lesley holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith.
