Dylan Henderson is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Freight Movement System for ArcBest Vaux™ since September 2025. Prior to this role, Dylan spent nearly a decade at ArcBest Technologies, progressing from Engineering Intern to Senior Manager in Engineering Services. Earlier career experiences include positions as a CAD Designer at WeighTech and Ark-La-Tex Welding Services. Dylan holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering and Technology Management from Washington State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
