Melissa Cox

Melissa Cox has a diverse work experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Melissa started their career as a Sales Account Manager at Roadway Express in 1989 and worked there until 2004. During this time, they were responsible for account development and maintenance, as well as performing group presentations.

After that, Melissa joined ABF Freight System in 2004 and held the position of Sales Rep until 2006. During this time, they developed long-term strategic alliances with corporate partners and provided supply chain options to improve their bottom line.

From 2017 to 2018, Melissa worked as the Director of Enterprise Sales at ArcBest, responsible for providing logistics solutions to companies based in the Midwest. Melissa also served as the Executive Director of Enterprise Sales starting in 2018, further strengthening the collaborative relationship between customers and providers.
