Abby Smith

Abby (Springer) Smith is currently an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at BW Missions and has held the same position at Recyclops from 2015 to 2017. They have an extensive background in business strategy research from their time as a Business Strategy Research Assistant at Brigham Young University and have experience in managing apartment units, increasing occupancy rates significantly. Abby also co-founded the Campus Founders Fund and has served as an Apartment Manager since 2015, overseeing various administrative and financial tasks in that role. They earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Humanities with a focus on Art History from Brigham Young University, where they also contributed as an intern at the Royal Business Academy.
