Founded by award-winning entrepreneur, Melissa Sariffodeen, Arcbright is searching for one exceptional company to partner with owners on a thoughtful transition — and lead its next chapter.

Melissa is not a typical buyer. She's an founder who built an organization from an idea into a national organization, raised over $50 million and taught over one million learners — and then navigated its acquisition by a peer in 2025 after more than a decade at the helm.

Arcbright is also backed by a select group of experienced investors and operators from across North America, including some of the most respected names in the world of acquisition entrepreneurship. The team brings not just capital, but decades of collective experience helping entrepreneurs acquire, and build exceptional companies.

If you're a business owner thinking about your next chapter — or you know someone who is — we'd love to connect and explore further.
