Director Of Accident Reconstruction at ARCCA

Daniel Wolfe, Ph.D., serves as the Director of Accident Reconstruction and Senior Forensic Scientist at ARCCA, a position held since May 2017. Specializing in lighting, human factors, and accident reconstruction, Daniel investigates and reconstructs various types of collisions while being accredited as a Traffic Accident Reconstructionist. With extensive experience in nighttime recognition and object visibility analysis, Daniel also performs detailed lighting analyses for slip and fall incidents and incorporates advanced techniques such as photogrammetry and three-dimensional laser scanning in evidence documentation. Prior to ARCCA, Daniel was a Research Assistant at the University of Delaware, where research focused on energy-efficient optofluidic devices, and served as an Energy Engineer, leading numerous energy assessments. Daniel holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from James Madison University.
