It’s designed for people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, loneliness, or pressure—yet don’t have access to therapy (cost, waitlists, stigma) or don’t stick with generic wellness apps.

How we do it: short, repeatable “daily dot” habits (mood + intention), guided reframes, values-to-actions prompts, and safe crisis handoffs when risk is detected (Arcdot is not therapy; it’s support and skills-building).
