A M. is a skilled manager in geological modeling and surface drilling at ArcelorMittal, where they focus on project management, creative thinking, and team building. With a strong background in mining and surveying, A M. earned a Master of Engineering and a Master of Science in Exploitation of Mineral Deposits from Karaganda State Technical University, and they also engaged in doctoral studies there. Previously, A M. held leadership roles including Leading Engineer of the Geomechanical Department at ArcelorMittal and project leadership at LLP. A M. is adept in software tools like Surpac, GEMS, and AutoCad, and actively contributes to planning and optimizing mining processes.
