David Baxter

David Baxter is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers with extensive management experience in construction activities and civil engineering design. Currently, as the Head of Engineering at ArcelorMittal Sheet Piling, David leads a diverse team while managing sales, business development, and technical support within the civil engineering sector. David's prior roles include Senior Technical Manager and Technical Manager at ArcelorMittal, as well as various engineering and consultancy positions throughout their career. David holds multiple degrees, including an MEng in Civil Engineering and an EngD in Geotechnical Engineering from Loughborough University.
