Holger Braun has extensive experience in the steel industry, currently serving as the CO2 Project Coordinator and a member of the Technical Client Team at ArcelorMittal since January 2006. In this role, Holger coordinates services for home appliance clients in Eastern Europe and provides technical support to clients in construction, metal processing, automotive sub-suppliers, and steel service centers across Central and Eastern Europe. Since December 2021, Holger has also been the Cluster Program Lead for Decarbonisation at ArcelorMittal Eisenhüttenstadt. Previous roles include Strategic Planning Manager at ArcelorMittal Eisenhüttenstadt GmbH, where multi-year and investment planning were key responsibilities, and Project Leader in R&D at Concast AG, focusing on computer simulation and continuous casting technology. Holger holds a Master of Business Administration from Europa Universität Viadrina Frankfurt/O and a Doctor of Engineering in Steel Technology from TU Bergakademie Freiberg.
