Javier Trancho is currently the Head of Performance Steering at ArcelorMittal, where they serve as a member of the Asturias Cluster Management Committee. They have held several roles within ArcelorMittal since 2005, including Head of Heavy Plate Mill and various positions focused on performance management and finance. Javier also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Navarra from 1999 to 2001. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s in Finance from the University of Navarra, as well as a Master’s in Economics from the London School of Economics.
