Joe Eiland

Joe Eiland currently serves as the Manager of Cost & Inventory at ArcelorMittal, having joined the company in July 2022 after progressing from the role of Senior Analyst in the same department. Prior to that, Joe held leadership positions as Global Finance Director and Global Finance Manager at Continental Aerospace Technologies™ from August 2020 to July 2022. Joe's extensive experience in financial management includes roles as a Senior Financial Analyst and Plant Controller at Nissan Motor Corporation between November 2016 and August 2020, as well as various accounting positions at Compass Group North America, Coldwater Creek, Live @ 360 Jazz Cafe, Mercy Medical, and Karen C. Simmons, P.C. Joe began a career in finance and accounting at DiRecManagement as a Bookkeeper and Administrator. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of South Alabama from 2008 to 2010.
