John Dhaemers

John Dhaemers serves as a Mechanical Process Consultant and Trainer for The Reserves Network since May 2017, focusing on mechanical maintenance and repair within the steel industry. In this role, John authors and revises job procedures, trains managers and employees, plans projects, and supports spare parts inventory management. Additionally, John has been a Process Manager in Mechanical at ArcelorMittal since 2001. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Management from Calumet College of St. Joseph, obtained between 1990 and 1992, and pursued studies at Valparaiso University from 1969 to 1973.
