Ken Degroote

Ken DeGroote is an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Manager with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. Currently, Ken serves at Cleveland-Cliffs since January 2021 and has held a similar role at ArcelorMittal Riverdale since May 2010, overseeing a team of 22 technicians and 3 managers, focusing on safety, budgeting, process controls, and reliability among other responsibilities. Prior to these positions, Ken was the Electrical Manager at ArcelorMittal Riverdale from May 2003 to January 2010, managing a team of technicians and handling process control and troubleshooting in steelmaking.
