Maxine Stankich

Maxine Stankich is the Head of Human Resources at ArcelorMittal North America, where they lead HR initiatives and strategic planning. With a career that began at ArcelorMittal in various roles, Maxine has extensive experience in employee benefits management, compliance, and labor relations. They previously served as a Division Manager of Benefits, overseeing health and welfare plans for a large workforce, and held positions at the Community Healthcare System as an Internal Auditor. Maxine is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Purdue University Calumet.
