Melissa Heeze has been with ArcelorMittal since August 2014, currently serving in the SAP Helpdesk role within the Pioneer Automation & e-services team, providing first line support for various SAP systems and focusing on continuous improvement based on user feedback. Previous experience includes leading training initiatives for scout leaders at Scouts en Gidsen Vlaanderen and guiding groups of young adults abroad while working for Kazou vzw. Additional roles include a communication and promotion internship at Democrazy, participation in a review committee for the Communication Management program at Arteveldehogeschool, and various positions in organizational roles during academic studies at Ghent University and Arteveldehogeschool from 2009 to 2014.
