Mirella Perez

Mirella Perez is the Global Head of Leadership Development and Talent Management at ArcelorMittal, where they focus on enhancing leadership capabilities across the organization. Previously, they held various roles at ArcelorMittal Brasil, including Labour Relations Consultant and Performance Management Specialist, where they developed key performance management processes and leadership development initiatives. Mirella also worked at Vale as a Supply Analyst, supporting strategic procurement planning. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade de Vila Velha and a degree in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
