Mostafa Rashed

Mostafa Rashed is a seasoned professional in mechanical engineering with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineering Instructor at Otrujjah since April 2024, Mostafa is dedicated to mentoring students in the field. At ArcelorMittal, where Mostafa has held the position of Quality & Process Head since March 2020, responsibilities include managing internal and external non-conformities and training teams on continuous improvement practices. In the role of Manufacture & Quality Head at Franke Kitchen since June 2016, Mostafa leads the implementation of Franke Production Systems and specializes in SAP Master data. Prior experience includes serving as a Process Engineer at Al-Sayer Group Holding, where standardization of workshop operations was achieved, and as a Production Engineer at Edita Food Industries, focusing on quality control and staff performance. Mostafa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Ain Shams University, completed in 2012.
