Pascal Belair

Pascal Belair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the steel and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Plant General Manager at ArcelorMittal since July 2018, Pascal's prior roles include Directeur at ArcelorMittal Axame from 2004 to July 2018 and Directeur at Fonderies et Acieries de Provence from 2000 to 2004. Pascal began a career at Renault from 1988 to 2000 as Responsable Méthodes/Fabrication. Pascal holds a Doctorate in Science from Université de Limoges, where studies were completed between 1983 and 1988, and a DUT in Mechanical Engineering from IUT Limoges, obtained from 1980 to 1982.
