Pedro Pinto

Pedro Pinto is a metallurgical engineer with extensive experience in the iron ore production chain, including mine planning, beneficiation, and integrated supply chain operations. They held various positions at leading companies, including Manager Process Engineer and Integration at ArcelorMittal, where they oversaw process engineering for mining operations in Liberia. Pedro also worked as a Mineral Process Engineer at Vale, focusing on concentration routes for low-grade iron ore and optimizing supply chains. They earned both a Master's and a Doctorate in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo and have furthered their education at Imperial College London.
