Sameer Mathur

Sameer Mathur is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Business Head for Renewable Energy at ArcelorMittal since February 2023. Prior to this role, Sameer held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Vector Green Energy Private Limited from January 2017 to January 2023. Sameer also contributed as the Business Head (IPP) at Mahindra Susten, focusing on the development of the Renewables IPP Business from January 2015 to December 2016, and served as AVP & Business Head (Renewables) at Reliance Power, specializing in solar and wind project development from April 2008 to January 2015. Earlier experience includes a role as DGM at Reliance Energy Limited from March 2005 to March 2008. Sameer holds a PGPBM in Business Management from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from M.B.M. Engineering College, Jodhpur.
