Séverine Gratia

Séverine Gratia has extensive experience in systems, processes, and compliance within supply chain management. From 2006 to 2013, they served as a Controlling Manager at ArcelorMittal, focusing on group accounting, performance management, and delivering key financial analyses to the management board. They held various roles, including managing contract compliance and vendor management, where they implemented procurement guidelines and improved processes across European entities. Séverine began their career at Arcelor as a Quality & HR Assistant, overseeing employee remuneration and quality management systems. Currently, they are pursuing a certification as a Human Rights Officer at ESCP Business School in Berlin.
