Suchiket Sonar

Suchiket Sonar is an experienced professional in project development and engineering, currently serving as Manager - Project Development at ArcelorMittal since December 2022, after holding the position of Deputy Manager - Project Development. Prior to this role, Suchiket worked at SolarSquare Energy from September 2020 to December 2022 as Manager - EPC & Techno-Commercials and previously as Project & Pre-Sales Engineer. Suchiket's career began at SunInfra Energies Pvt. Ltd. from April 2018 to September 2020, where responsibilities included Projects and Design Engineer and Site Engineer. Academic credentials include a Post Graduation in Power Management from UPES (2021-2022), a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University (2014-2018), and currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Environmental Science with a focus on Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law at Savitribai Phule Pune University (2024-2026).
