Sylvain Roy is an experienced professional in maintenance and reliability planning, currently serving as Directeur de la maintenance at Uniboard Canada since September 2021. Sylvain also holds the position of Chef de section planification Fiabilité at ArcelorMittal, responsible for plant repair scheduling and asset maintainability.
