Tapas Rajderkar has extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the steel and aluminum industries, currently serving as CMO and CEO of the Business Division for Sections & Merchant Bars at ArcelorMittal Europe since August 2002. In this position, Tapas is focused on cultivating a performance-driven culture while managing the performance and development of direct reports and promoting health and safety initiatives. Previous roles at ArcelorMittal include CEO positions overseeing various divisions, with responsibilities in global marketing and sales across 26 units globally. Before joining ArcelorMittal, Tapas held significant positions at Indian Aluminium and Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd., contributing to finance and auditing functions. Tapas holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, an associate membership from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and a B.Com. (Honours) in Accounting and Finance from Kolkata University.
