Thiago Soares

Thiago Soares is an experienced recruitment and selection analyst currently working at ArcelorMittal since September 2022, managing the attraction and selection processes for expansion and current operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to align job profiles and conduct various selection activities. Previously, Thiago held roles as an Analista de Seleção at ArcelorMittal and an Analista de Recursos Humanos at Delly's Food Service, where responsibilities included performance assessments, coaching, and conducting training sessions. With a strong foundation in psychology, Thiago began a career in human resources at Promed Assistência Médica and progressed through roles at Grupo Selpe and Fortes RH Consultoria. Thiago is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in RPA and Hyperautomation at PUC Minas, following an MBA in Agile Project Management and holding a Bachelor's in Psychology from Centro Universitário Newton Paiva.
