Van Cleemput Tom

Van Cleemput Tom has over two decades of experience in procurement, primarily in the solid fuels sector. Currently a Key-accountmanager at ArcelorMittal Sourcing since October 2006, Tom oversees a significant purchasing budget of 1.7 billion USD for coking coal from global strategic suppliers. Previously, Tom served as Purchasing Manager, managing 1.3 billion USD in solid fuels purchasing for ArcelorMittal plants. Prior to that, Tom held the position of Assistant General Manager Purchasing at both Arcelor Purchasing and Sidmar, focusing on solid fuels and related purchasing projects. Tom holds a Master's degree in Handelsingenieur from UFSIA Antwerpen.
