Waldson Rodrigo has extensive experience in the steel production industry, beginning as a production operator at ArcelorMittal Brasil from January 2010 to September 2016 and advancing to the role of Electric Arc Furnace Production Technician at ArcelorMittal since September 2016. Waldson holds a Technical degree in Metallurgy from Centro Educacional Roberto Porto (2006-2008), a Technical degree in Industrial Instrumentation from ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo (2016-2018), and completed a course in Primary and Secondary Refining in Steelmaking at the Associação Brasileira de Metalurgia Materiais e Mineração in 2010.
