David Epelbaum

David Epelbaum has specialized in the energy sector since the beginning of their career. They gained over nine years of experience at Accenture, rising to the level of manager. Subsequently, David served as a consultant at the Commission de régulation de l'énergie, where they managed the digital transformation under the guidance of the Director General. Since March 2020, David has been the Chef de l'unité Opérateurs télécom et obligations légales at the Arcep. They hold an Ingénieur Civil des Mines degree with distinction from the Ecole nationale supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne.
