Paul Bougard

Paul Bougard is currently a Chargé de mission in the Direction des affaires juridiques at Arcep, where they apply their legal expertise to address challenges in the telecommunications sector. Previously, they held positions at the Ministère de l’Economie et des Finances, focusing on the regulation of electronic communications, and completed internships that deepened their understanding of public markets and telecommunications law. With a strong academic background, Paul earned multiple advanced degrees in law, including a Master 2 in Droit et Régulation des Marchés from Université Paris Dauphine and a Master 2 in Droit des activités spatiales et des télécommunications from Faculté Jean-Monnet.
