Rok Bohinc

Rok Bohinc is a seasoned professional specializing in machine learning operations and data science, currently serving as a Senior MLOps Specialist at Arcera since February 2025, where efforts focus on establishing a scalable MLOps framework for efficient ML lifecycle management. Prior to this, Rok held the position of Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist at Acino from August 2019 to March 2025, leading projects to optimize critical process parameters for pharmaceutical production. Rok's earlier experience includes a role as a Scientist at the Paul Scherrer Institut PSI, where research involved advancing understanding of semiconductor behavior and applying X-ray methodologies in various experiments. Rok began academic pursuits as a Doctoral Researcher at the Jozef Stefan Institute, investigating photodissociation mechanisms using X-ray techniques.
