Dmitry Talisman

Dmitry Talisman has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on solution architecture, product and engineering management, and software engineering. Dmitry is currently employed as a Senior Principal Solution Architect at Arcesium, a role they have held since September 2023. Prior to this, Dmitry worked as the Director of Product and Engineering at Maxime Tools from January to August 2023.

Before joining Maxime Tools, Dmitry held various positions at BlackRock from December 2015 to February 2023. Dmitry started as a Vice President and later became the Head of Client Due Diligence & Contracting Technology from 2017 to 2020. Dmitry was responsible for designing and building a Due Diligence application that significantly automated and streamlined processes, resulting in improved operational efficiency and customer experience. This application was later expanded into an onboarding platform. Additionally, Dmitry served as a Senior Software Engineer, where they focused on enhancing client experience through scaling and automation. Dmitry designed and built a terabyte-scale reporting data warehouse and implemented various performance improvements and data synchronization solutions.

Prior to their tenure at BlackRock, Dmitry worked at Morgan Stanley as a Vice President in Information Technology from August 2010 to July 2015. In this role, they achieved cost savings and managed regulatory risks through automation in Tax Technology. Dmitry also built a content creation, search, and distribution platform for financial research, ensuring timely and relevant information for millions of Morgan Stanley customers.

Dmitry's career began at Goldman Sachs, where they worked as a System Architect from October 2007 to July 2010. Dmitry designed and implemented a high throughput document generation and distribution platform that was deployed across multiple applications.

Throughout their career, Dmitry has demonstrated expertise in solution architecture, product and engineering management, software engineering, and automation, consistently delivering innovative solutions to drive efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

Dmitry Talisman holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University. Dmitry also has a BSc degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the same university. In terms of certifications, Dmitry has obtained the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services Training and Certification in January 2023. Dmitry is also pursuing the AWS Solutions Architect certification, although the specific month and year of attainment are not provided.
