Lena Lee

Lena Lee is currently working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Arcesium. Prior to this, Lena worked at Honeywell as a Sr. HR Generalist and an HRIS Analyst. Lena has experience providing HR support to various teams, including Corporate Finance and Aero HR Leaders. Lena also has experience as a Compensation and Benefits Intern at Honeywell, where Lena worked on projects related to analyzing global business locations and updating job descriptions. Lena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Smith College and a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
