Swetha Agarwal

Swetha Agarwal has over 15 years of work experience in the financial industry. Swetha is currently working as a Senior Vice President - Operations Strategy at Arcesium since September 2021. Prior to this role, Swetha held various positions at The D. E. Shaw Group, including Vice President from January 2016 to August 2021, Associate from January 2014 to December 2015, and Manager from March 2006 to December 2013.

Swetha Agarwal attended Rosary Convent High School from 1987 to 1999. Swetha then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM) degree in Commerce from Badurka College of Commerce from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, they joined ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from 2004 to 2006. Swetha furthered their education by completing the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) program from the Global Association of Risk Professionals in 2009, focusing on Risk Management. In the same year, they also completed Level III of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program from the CFA Institute.
