Lily Guo

Ms. Guo is a real estate financing professional with over 10 years of experience operating a regional center for EB-5. Prior to founding ARCFE, she worked at a U.S. immigration law firm, provided consulting services to guide other regional centers for their successful approval.

She entered the real estate business in the metropolitan New York area since 2010. Ms. Guo possesses a strong finance, marketing and real estate background. Being an active real estate investor in New York herself, Ms. Guo understands the market very well, and she knows exactly what to look for in projects that will minimize the risks while still producing highest possible returns.
