Damien Dodge

Damien Dodge is a seasoned systems engineer and technical specialist currently employed at Arcfield since April 2024. With significant experience in the defense sector, Damien served as the Deputy Chief of Intelligence Support to the Office of the Secretary of Defense and Joint Staff at the United States Department of Defense from May 2021 to March 2024, focusing on enhancing the relationship between the NSA and the DoD. Prior roles include strategist and program manager for NATO Allied Command Transformation, where Damien led the development of NATO's first Electromagnetic Spectrum Strategy, and extensive positions with the U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Navy Cyber Command, and the National Security Agency. Damien's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
