Joel Byers

Joel Byers is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Arcfield with experience managing and executing government contracts and providing systems engineering support for Intelligence Community acquisition programs. Prior to this, Joel worked as a Technical Program/Project Manager at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc, where Joel oversaw program management for the COLUMBIA Class Submarine Program. Joel's background also includes experience in the US Navy as an Operations Manager and Technical Project Manager, where Joel led teams supporting various critical programmatic functions and designed submarine LAN systems. Joel holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Sam Houston State University.
