Philip Martin

Philip Martin is currently the Systems Engineering Senior Manager at Arcfield. Prior to this role, Philip was the Director of Federal Data Management at KPMG. Before joining KPMG, Philip served as the Deputy Assistant DNI and IC Deputy Chief Data Officer at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Philip has an extensive background in data analytics and intelligence, having held various positions at the Central Intelligence Agency for over 30 years. Philip holds a Master of Arts in International Political Economy from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs from Binghamton University.
