Tom Vece

Tom Vece is currently the Program Director at Arcfield, a position held since 2021. They have extensive experience from their time in the U.S. Navy, where they served as an Officer and a Submarine Officer from 1984 to 2004. Between 1999 and 2004, Tom was also a Project Manager with the U.S. Navy's Strategic Systems Programs. Following their military career, Tom worked as a Principal Engineer at ITT Industries from 2003 to 2015 and then at Harris Corporation until 2025. Tom holds a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Loyola University Chicago.
