Jim Gray

Jim Gray is an experienced operations executive currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations and President at ARCH Cutting Tools since June 2019. Prior to this role, Jim Gray held various leadership positions at Siem Tool Co from January 1999 to June 2019, including President, Vice President of Manufacturing, and Plant Operations/Engineering Manager. Earlier in Jim Gray's career, roles included Precision Tool Grinder at Kennametal from 1998 to 1999 and Precision Tool Grinder/Lead Operator at Custom Tool & Grinding from June 1993 to June 1998.
