Oliver Kidd

Oliver Kidd is the Founder and CEO of Archa. Oliver has over ten years of experience working in corporate law, with a focus on early-stage businesses. Kidd began their legal career as a Clinical Solicitor at Deakin Law School, where they provided free legal advice to startups and ran seminars on various legal topics. Oliver then joined Benitec Biopharma Inc. as the Company Secretary. At Benitec, Kidd worked with the leadership team and Board to ensure compliance with various legal and regulatory frameworks, including the ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act. Oliver also assisted the Company in re-domiciling from Australia to the United States by way of Scheme of Arrangement, and subsequent transfer of the Company's primary listing to the NASDAQ. Kidd has a deep understanding of the legal landscape for startups, and has used this knowledge to build Archa into a successful business.

Oliver Kidd attended Bond University, where they earned a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Laws - LLB. Oliver also attended the Governance Institute of Australia, where they earned a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. Additionally, they spent a semester studying abroad at Copenhagen Business School.
