Nick Donovan

Nick Donovan serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Archax, the first digital securities exchange, broker, and custodian regulated by the FCA in London, a role held since April 2023. Additionally, Donovan acts as a Board Advisor for Term Structure since January 2023. Previously, leadership roles include Head of Institutional Sales at Amber Group, Head of Sales and Head of Macro Sales for APAC at NatWest Markets, and various senior sales positions across major financial institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and Barclays Investment Bank. Educational credentials include an Executive Master in Organisational Psychology, Leadership, and Change from INSEAD and participation in the Climate Change Transformation Programme at the University of Edinburgh Business School.
