Bruce Adler

Bruce Adler has over 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Bruce served as the Vice President of Support Services at ArchCare from 2015, where they implemented a corporate risk management program and strengthened vendor contract indemnification language. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Financial Operations at CareOne Management LLC, where they identified expense reduction and revenue growth opportunities. From 2011 to 2014, Bruce worked at Health Dimensions Group as a Regional Director and Senior Financial Consultant, providing mentorship to facility administrators and serving as the CEO of Staffing Dimensions. Bruce also held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Barnabas Health from 2008 to 2011, where they successfully reduced operating losses and divested multiple facilities. Bruce started their career as the Vice President of Finance at ArchCare from 2005 to 2008, where they centralized financial functions and developed a successful PACE Financial Model.

Bruce Adler earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from St. Bonaventure University between 1985 and 1989. Bruce later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, completing it from 1996 to 1999.
