Genie Keating

Genie Keating has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare and senior living industry. Genie began their career at Vassar Brothers Hospital in 1990 as the Director of Guest Relations & Volunteer Services. Genie then worked as the Director of Human Resources at Saint Francis Hospital from 1999 to 2002. From 2002 to 2003, they served as the Administrative Manager of Human Resources at Saint Luke's Cornwall Hospital.

In 2005, Genie joined Jordan Anderson Advertising as the Vice President of Client Development before transitioning to Wingate Healthcare in 2007 as the Regional Director of Marketing. Genie then worked at Putnam Ridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center from 2010 to 2014, occupying the role of Director of Marketing and Admissions.

In 2014, Genie joined Maplewood Senior Living as the Executive Director of their Newtown community in Connecticut. After two years, they moved to Glen Arden Continuing Care Retirement Community in Goshen, New York, where they served as the Executive Director until 2019.

Since 2019, Genie has been associated with ArchCare, where they initially worked as the Site Manager before becoming the Regional WIO Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Nurse Recruiter at Archcare.

Genie Keating has an AAS Degree in Communication and Mass Media from Dutchess Community College. Genie also holds a certification as a Certified Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Trainer from CPI. The specific years of completion and obtaining the certification are not provided.
