Miosoti Marinez

Miosoti Marinez, MSHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Coordinator in HR Shared Services at ArchCare since March 2020, Miosoti has held multiple HR positions within the organization, including Senior Human Resources Benefits Coordinator and Human Resources Coordinator II. Currently, Miosoti also works as a College Coach at Breakthrough Collaborative, a role assumed in June 2023. Prior to these positions, Miosoti served as Coordinator/Credentialist for Nursing at Ultracare of Manhattan Ltd from September 2013 to February 2020 and as a Human Resources Assistant at Security Resources Inc. from July 2012 to August 2013. Miosoti holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Buffalo State University.
