Stephen Lam

Stephen Lam currently serves as the Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand at ARCHE Advisors since January 2022. Previously, Stephen held the position of CSR Lead Auditor at Intertek from March 2020 to December 2021 and worked as an Independent Consultant at UL from 2016 to February 2019, as well as at ARCHE Advisors from April 2017 to January 2019. Stephen's earlier roles include culinary positions at BOX HILL GOLF CLUB as a Chef and North Fitzroy Arms Hotel as a Sous Chef, along with a tenure as a Business Analyst and Compliance Officer at VicRoads. Stephen's extensive background in compliance management includes serving as the Compliance Manager for Asia/Pacific at Columbia Sportswear Company and Operations Manager and Compliance Auditor at Cal Safety Compliance Corporation. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Applied Economics degree from the University of Canberra.
