With over a decade of experience in mechanical engineering and manufacturing operations, Michael has held various leadership roles, including Sales Marketing Manager at HolwegWeber North America and Director of Operations at HUI, Inc. They are passionate about fostering inclusive teams and employ personal influence to inspire others. Michael also serves as an adjunct faculty instructor at Lakeshore Technical College and Moraine Park Technical College, sharing their expertise with the next generation of professionals.
