Martha Hample

Martha Hample has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Martha began their career at Baber, Inc. in 1993 as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for sales, customer service, and managing a customer service staff. In 1998, Martha joined Archer as a Direct Mail & Print Production Manager, overseeing the production of print materials and direct mail campaigns. Martha eventually became the VP, Director of Print Production, leading a team of 20 professionals and managing print purchasing for the agency's largest clients. Martha also served as the SVP, Director of Creative Services at Archer, managing the agency's creative staff, administrative functions, and serving on multiple agency committees. In 2012, they took on the role of SVP, Director of Operations at Archer, focusing on agency operations, profitability, and account supervision. Martha's most recent positions include Partner roles at Railgarten since 2017 and Hampline Brewing Co. since 2019.

Martha Hample attended Rhodes College from 1981 to 1985, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Art History and Studio Art. In 1986, they enrolled at The University of Memphis and studied Graphic Design & Printing Technology until 1988.
